New Hires and Promotions - January 2022

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:

Louis Giustini has been hired as Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Services Officer.

In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing a division that meets the financial services needs of the bank’s deposit and consumer lending customers. He will assess market characteristics, customers, and financial services needs to define, recommend, implement, and monitor the bank’s retail banking strategy, and he will establish customer service, sales, and market penetration objectives for each of the regional retail markets.

He is a professional with three decades of banking experience, primarily in the Pennsylvania and Maryland markets,” F&M Trust President and CEO Tim Henry said. “Most importantly, he has strong community banking roots and shares the bank’s commitment to personal relationships with our customers. I have every confidence that he will lead our Retail Services division effectively and efficiently.”

Giustini previously was Senior Vice President and Regional Consumer Executive for Fulton Bank, leading the retail market in the Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia region. He also has worked in the Harrisburg and Lancaster markets in Pennsylvania.

He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dickinson College and studied at ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Aresty Institute of Executive Education.

He has served as a board member for Horizon Goodwill Industries and The Community Foundation of Washington County and was a member of Greater Hagerstown Committee.

The Greencastle resident enjoys traveling and playing golf.

Giustini will be based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

He will work collaboratively with Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Services Officer Trish Hanks until her retirement in May after 22 years with F&M Trust.

Dave Kuhns has been hired as Vice President and Residential Mortgage Manager.

In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the development of residential mortgage platforms and services; ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of residential mortgages to the bank’s retail customers; and product development of mortgage loan offerings.

He previously was Senior Vice President and Sales Manager for Fulton Bank.

The Mount Airy, Md., resident will be based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

Grace Johns has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the West Side Community Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously worked as a stylist at Maurices. The Chambersburg resident enjoys reading, listening to music, hiking, and spending time with friends.

Maddy Schlesinger has been hired as a part-time floating Financial Services Representative in the Chambersburg Market. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously worked as lead cashier and pet care associate at PetSmart. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from Shippensburg University. The Shippensburg resident enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Olivia McDaniel has been promoted from Financial Services Representative III for the Boiling Springs Community Office to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Carlisle Crossing Community Office.

Shawn Michael has been promoted from Investment and Trust Services Assistant Relationship Manager to Investment and Trust Services Relationship Manager.

Jordan Peffer has been promoted from Retail Services Operations Manager to Deposit Operations Manager.

Kerry Powers has been promoted from Financial Services Representative for the Greencastle Community Office to Treasury Sales and Support Specialist.

Jill Reddecliff has been promoted from Marketing Operations Officer to Project Manager.

Brianna Tolbert has been promoted from Financial Services Representative for the Orchard Park Community Office to Financial Services Representative III for the West Side Community Office.

Darrien Uglow has been promoted from Financial Services Representative for the Norland Avenue Community Office to Investment and Trust Services Support Specialist.
