(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following new hires:
Natasha Koons, Business Banker, Southern Franklin County
Koons rejoins F&M Trust with over thirteen years of banking experience. She was previously employed by F&M Trust from 2008 to 2015 as the Community Office Manager for the bank’s Waynesboro office. Koons was most recently employed as the Chambersburg Market Manager for First Community Bank of Mercersburg. As Business Banker for the Southern Franklin County market, Koons will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing client relationships. She is an honor graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association’s (PBA) School of Banking and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Maryland, University College. Koons will be based at the F&M Trust Community Office located at 200 East Main Street, Waynesboro.
Ray Wills, Security Officer
Wills joins F&M Trust with over twenty-one years of experience in law enforcement and security. He most recently served as the Regional Security Director for Dunbar Armored, Inc. Wills will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the bank’s security program. He is a graduate of Allegany College of Cumberland, MD where he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Communications. Wills is active in the community as a member of the Maugansville (MD) Ruritan Club. He will be based at the bank’s Corporate Headquarters in downtown Chambersburg.
